Booking, Payment & Cancellation
BOOKING: For all regular sessions, no retainer is required until the date of the session. To confirm your booking, contact RWP through the Contact page and your booking will be confirmed through email within 24-48 hours.
For weddings, a 15% non-refundable deposit will be required upon signing the contract to book your date. This retainer will be applied to your total service fees.
PAYMENT: All non-wedding session fees can be paid via cash, Venmo, or PayPal. The payment must be received by Rachel Walters Photography within 24 hours of the session completion. No photos will be delivered to the client until full payment from the individual or group is complete.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of session will be required to pay their full session fee as a cancellation fee. For weddings, the cancellation must happen 60 days prior to the event. If Rachel Walters Photography cannot complete the session due to cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract.
